FIXED a bug causing a crash for ICS in version 2.2.0
Data toggle will now show as off when connected to Wifi
Added WifiAP / Tethering toggle based on your requests
(Tested on GSM Galaxy Nexus, if Tether toggle does not work for you, please include your device / if it is running an OEM customization like TouchWiz or Sense when reporting issues)
Expanded notifications for Jelly Bean coming soon
